All'indomani del Senato Accademico congiunto degli Atenei Pugliesi, Lucani e Molisani, le associazioni studentesche Link Bari e Link Taranto, Link Kollettivo Foggia, Link Molise e Udu Lecce, intendono ribadire la propria posizione circa i risultati prodotti dall'assise poc'anzi citata ed in generale circa il Progetto di Federazione.

Oggi, 24 Gennaio 2011, si è tenuta a Matera una riunione congiunta dei Senati Accademici delle Università di Basilicata, Molise e Puglia. Si è discusso dello stato di avanzamento del progetto federativo, al quale le sei Università delle suddette regioni stanno lavorando ormai da tempo.

Erano presenti i Rettori e i senatori accademici delle sei Università, il sottosegretario al Ministero dell’Istruzione, dell’Università e della Ricerca, l Ministro degli Affari Regionali, i Presidenti delle tre Regioni ed i Parlamentari ed Europarlamentari delle Regioni interessate.

Per Link-Kollettivo Foggia era presente la senatrice di Lettere Silvia Paglia, mentre il Senatore Accademico  di Bari, Gianmatteo Vulcano ( Link Bari ), ha espresso con il proprio intervento le perplessità e le posizioni degli studenti delle sei Università riguardo il processo federativo.

Quest'esempio ci porta a dire che gli studenti non devono essere sottovalutati in questo processo federativo, che hanno molta voglia di contribuire e partecipare al miglioramento delle proprie università e per questo chiediamo che siano presenti nei tavoli tecnici che saranno istituiti. Già da ora ci siamo organizzati fra le varie realtà studentesche dei diversi atenei ed abbiamo creato gruppi di lavoro che produrranno proposte in merito alle questioni “offerta formativa e didattica”, “diritto allo studio” e “tasse e contribuzione studentesca” e che verranno presentati nelle sedi opportune.

Crediamo, infine, che se lo scopo non dichiarato ufficialmente di questo processo sia di ottenere qualche punto di FFO in più, una percentuale di questo surplus, seppur risicato, debba essere vincolato ai servizi per gli studenti.

Siamo studenti e studentesse, abbiamo lottato in questi mesi per affermare il nostro dissenso nei confronti, non solo di un disegno di legge che smantella il sistema pubblico di formazione e ricerca, ma contro un disegno di distruzione della società a partire dal suo impianto costituente.

L’offensiva di privatizzazione dei beni comuni in atto da anni, quella contro il lavoro ed i diritti sindacali costruiti in secoli di lotte, l’attacco sconsiderato al sistema di formazione pubblico, sono collegati da un disegno comune pericolosissimo che va arginato con la partecipazione di tutte le parti della società.

Se l’attacco è generalizzato, generale deve essere la risposta non solo dei lavoratori e dei soggetti politici, ma di tutte le componenti coscienti della società, capaci di contrapporre un ragionamento critico alla semplificazione imposta dalla classe dirigente attuale.

Contro chi come Marchionne minaccia di trasferire la più grande azienda italiana nel momento in cui i lavoratori non sono d’accordo con le sue decisioni; come la Gelmini che approva le riforme e POI si dichiara disposta a discuterne; che come Berlusconi irride le decisioni degli organi di garanzia costituzionale.

L’offesa portata dalla FIAT al diritto del lavoro apre le porte alla precarizzazione totale della società; alla distruzione dei vincoli di solidarietà; la prostituzione, da parte del potere, della dignità del lavoro conquistata in anni di lotte sindacali, alla logica del profitto della classe dirigente e delle categorie industriali.

Così come a Roma il 16 ottobre ed il 27 novembre, anche il 28 gennaio scenderemo in piazza a Bari, a fianco dei lavoratori; perchè riteniamo le nostre lotte unite da un’esigenza comune di difesa della società: l’acqua, il lavoro, i saperi, i beni primari, sono beni comuni inalienabili alla società e che non possono essere messi a disposizione della logica liberista del profitto sfrenato.
