Scuole teatine e terremoto

Caos nelle scuole teatine a causa dei timori per il terremoto. Riunioni nelle scuole, soprattutto quelle "antiche", confusione nelle informazioni, paura nei genitori e negli alunni. Le crepe nei muri fanno bella mostra di sè e i controlli, se vengono fatti, non sono adeguatamente comunicati agli "utenti". I ragazzi vanno a scuola con paura, i genitori li mandano con tanta rabbia.
Alcune scuole teatine sono state chiuse, per lo più materne, elementari e una media, ma le superiori?
Le scuole superiori sono competenza della Provincia, che rassicura:
«Gli edifici scolastici di competenza della Provincia non hanno subito danni strutturali a seguito degli eventi sismici che hanno colpito il territorio aquilano». Sono queste le parole di Carlo Cristini dirigente del settore edilizia scolastica dell’Ente.
«Con questa dichiarazione -afferma il Presidente Tommaso Coletti- vogliamo riportare, documenti alla mano, alla tranquillità le famiglie degli studenti frequentanti le scuole superiori di tutto il territorio provinciale».
Ma le contraddizioni tra ciò che viene detto "ufficialmente" e ciò che invece viene fuori dalle riunioni continuano ad alimentare le preoccupazioni e danno adito alle proteste degli studenti. Qualche giorno fa gli studenti del Liceo Classico non sono entrati a scuola, e ieri c'è stata la riunione per gli studenti dello Scientifico.
"I controlli ci saranno"... "i controlli ci sono stati"... "la scuola è sicura, per ora...ma se ci fosse una nuova scossa...chissà!"
E i genitori sono in subbuglio: mandare o non mandare i propri figli a scuola? Le scuole sono davvero sicure? Cosa si sta facendo per la messa in sicurezza in situazioni "critiche"?
Quelle "belle" crepe non sono un indicatore di pericolo? Dobbiamo fare finta di niente?
E anche nelle scuole relativamente nuove ci sono state lesioni:
non saranno "strutturali", ma fanno comunque paura...

La situazione a Chieti

I have not had many opportunities to turn Chieti, but I still find news through the web.
Today I came across this:

La perdita della casa non è solo un fatto materiale. Si perdono le basi, le fondamenta del nostro essere. Si continua a parlare infatti, tra i terremotati e non solo, dei forti disagi psicologici che ogni giorno sono costretti a sopportare.
In questi giorni anche il tempo fa la sua parte, purtroppo, e gli sfollati sono costretti a vivere in una situazione allucinante. Si parla ancora del fatto che in molti luoghi non ci sono ancora le docce calde, si parla del freddo intenso, soprattutto di notte, che c'è in quei luoghi, della pioggia, delle tende allagate... ma si parla anche di ricostruzione, di andare avanti nella propria vita quotidiana.
Ogni giorno ci svegliamo dai nostri letti caldi con il pensiero rivolto a coloro che non hanno più un tetto sulla testa.
Ma voglio tornare alla situazione della nostra città, perchè sono arrabbiata, sono sconcertata dal fatto che un terremoto, qui sentito solo marginalmente, possa provocare tutti questi danni. Le crepe fanno paura, e le polemiche alimentano ancor di più le nostre perplessità.

A un giorno dallo scioglimento Coletti porta, domani 21 Aprile, alla ratifica del Consiglio Provinciale l’Accordo di Programma, sottoscritto il 14 Aprile scorso con il Sindaco Ricci, che prevede una variante al Piano Regolatore del Comune di Chieti per inserire, tra i siti idonei all’insediamento di attività produttive, 28 ettari ricadenti nell’ambito di competenza dell’ Asi, oggi quindi destinati ad insediamenti industriali. I progetti selezionati dal Comune di Chieti fanno capo a Toto, Sixty, Iac e General Sider e ad oggi non è possibile sapere quali tipi di attività si vogliono insediare. Scuole aperte...post terremoto

schools open today in Chieti. Only six have been closed by order of the Mayor. There are five of nursery and elementary and middle school, but high school? Who should control the school?

Sono stanca di sentire persone che continuano a ripetere "io l'avevo detto" e che però seguitano a non essere ascoltate. Sono stanca di sentire coloro che mi ripetono "non ti preoccupare", "Forget about it" or something ..

Non capisco perchè le informazioni arrivano spesso contrastanti, perchè alcuni comuni non hanno ancora avuto gli aiuti, perchè l'informazione, pur essendo piena di immagini e servizi sul terremoto, a volte, troppo spesso, è carente su cose fondamentali, badando più alla lacrimuccia che alla verità.
E allora, a distanza di più di dieci giorni dal sisma, leggo sui giornali e sui blog le notizie e mi viene un senso di nausea. Nausea per quello che non si dice, nausa per quello che non si è fatto e non si fa...
E oggi leggo sulla perimetrazione dei comuni che avranno i cosiddetti "aiuti di stato". E leggo le proteste.
Alcuni comuni, evidentemente danneggiati da questo terremoto, sono stati esclusi dagli aiuti. Perchè?
Ci sono comuni che non hanno avuto grandi danni, ma che comunque vivono nelle tendopoli, a volte autoorganizzate.
Ci sono comuni che hanno avuto "soltanto" qualche danno, ma comunque ci sono sfollati.
Anche Chieti ha avuto i suoi "piccoli" danni, con alcuni edifici sgomberati, tra i quali anche la sede del Comune. Chieti non rientra tra i comuni "terremotati", è "troppo lontana" dall'epicentro del sisma, ma andatelo a dire a quelle famiglie che non possono rientrare nelle proprie case, che non possono lavorare perchè their store is down, which will not have the "facilities" for the earthquake victims ...

We Abruzzo "nerve head," will not give up and demand justice and truth. We demand justice for the dead and survivors, and especially do not want to be teased, and we recorded in our minds and our hearts all the promises that the "authorities" have done.

IL SINDACO
Considerato:
- che le scosse di terremoto che stanno interessando la zona de L’Aquila continuano ad essere avvertite anche nella città di Chieti con particolare veemenza;
- che diversi edifici pubblici e privati presentano, ad un primo controllo, lesioni di diverso tipo;

Tenuto conto delle precedenti Ordinanze Sindacali n. 604 del 06/04/2009 – con la quale si è disposta la sospensione delle lezioni e delle attività didattiche per la sola data del 06/04/2009 – e n. 607 del 06/07/2009 – con la quale si è disposta la chiusura di tutte le scuole per i giorni 06, 07 e 08 aprile 2009;
Considerato che è necessario verificare lo stato degli edifici pubblici, in particolare delle scuole, – al fine di garantire la pubblica incolumità – e che tale operazione richiede tempi ulteriori;
Visto l’art. 54 del T.U.E.L. 267/2000;
Visti il DPCM del 06 aprile 2009 e l’Ordinanza del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri del 06 aprile 2009;
O R D I N A
in considerazione di tutte le motivazioni suesposte, che si intendono qui integralmente recalled,

La tragedia a cui abbiamo e stiamo assistendo è una cosa inaspettata e drammatica...
il nostro apporto morale ma anche il nostro apporto pratico è inevitabile!
Dobbiamo attivarci subito per una raccolta fondi per mandare dei beni alimentari di prima necessità  alle tante famiglie disagiate!
Suggerisco di donare 5 o 10  Euro (chi vuole anche più) a persona in modo da poter subito comprare i beni da inviare.
Certo non possiamo provvedere noi a tutte le esigenze che hanno e avranno quelle persone però è giusto e doveroso contribuire, anche in minima parte.
Sicuramente vi sarà il tempo delle critiche e dei dissapori e delle polemiche. Questo lasciamolo in secondo o terzo piano, questo lasciamolo ai politicanti che sicuramente si scorneranno su questa vicenda.
Ragazzi noi dobbiamo essere diversi, dobbiamo essere pratici e spenderci nel concretizzare le nostre iniziative ed azioni.
Fatemi sapere e proponete idee, è necessario l'aiuto di tutti!
