generally understand and speak not, but sometimes silence is difficult.
I know it's been a devastating earthquake, which many people have lost homes and relatives, who ci sono stati danni incalcolabili al patrimonio artistico, che molti comuni sono stati semidistrutti da questo terribile sisma ma.... ci sono cose che proprio non riesco a capire.
Non capisco perchè le informazioni arrivano spesso contrastanti, perchè alcuni comuni non hanno ancora avuto gli aiuti, perchè l'informazione, pur essendo piena di immagini e servizi sul terremoto, a volte, troppo spesso, è carente su cose fondamentali, badando più alla lacrimuccia che alla verità.
E allora, a distanza di più di dieci giorni dal sisma, leggo sui giornali e sui blog le notizie e mi viene un senso di nausea. Nausea per quello che non si dice, nausa per quello che non si è fatto e non si fa...
E oggi leggo sulla perimetrazione dei comuni che avranno i cosiddetti "aiuti di stato". E leggo le proteste.
Alcuni comuni, evidentemente danneggiati da questo terremoto, sono stati esclusi dagli aiuti. Perchè?
Ci sono comuni che non hanno avuto grandi danni, ma che comunque vivono nelle tendopoli, a volte autoorganizzate.
Ci sono comuni che hanno avuto "soltanto" qualche danno, ma comunque ci sono sfollati.
Anche Chieti ha avuto i suoi "piccoli" danni, con alcuni edifici sgomberati, tra i quali anche la sede del Comune. Chieti non rientra tra i comuni "terremotati", è "troppo lontana" dall'epicentro del sisma, ma andatelo a dire a quelle famiglie che non possono rientrare nelle proprie case, che non possono lavorare perchè their store is down, which will not have the "facilities" for the earthquake victims ...

So what? So we all feel "earthquake", a little 'out of solidarity, a little' to actual reality. We are the Earthquake Series B, but no matter. Ourselves, we help our cousins' Aquila, and share our tragedies with them. Many have in fact Theatines relatives or friends in L'Aquila, and they suffer and cry.
But after the tears there must be redemption, and above all justice. As the "media quake" is finished, when everyone will forget the images of crumbling houses, then the nodes will be laid on the table. We Abruzzo "nerve head," will not give up and demand justice and truth. We demand justice for the dead and survivors, and especially do not want to be teased, and we recorded in our minds and our hearts all the promises that the "authorities" have done.
I hope the same does not leave Abruzzo taken in by these promises, and that the policy is not just that "different world" that always has been, but a proactive, practical resolution for the Abruzzo wounded.
